This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career and join a progressive department in Ayrton Group.Maternity Leave Cover – 10 monthsDuties:· Sourcing candidates through search, networking and online means targeting both passive and active candidates.· Daily business development activity targeting new and existing client accounts.· Continuously looking for new ways to improve the level of services to clients.· Identify opportunities, research their requirements and reach out to clients, present proposals, negotiate deals, and close deals.· Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers· Arrange business meetings with prospective clients· Building a talent pool of top tier candidates.· Screening candidates and interviewing candidates.· Advertising roles on various job boards.· Updating and maintaining a database of Clients and Candidates· Complete monthly reports for Management.· Working as part of a team in a very busy environmentRequirements:· 1-2 years' experience in Recruitment / Business Development.· 3rd level Qualification or relevant experience.· Strong people and communication skills.· Highly motivated, and willing to learn, with an excellent work ethic.· Results focused driven individual who takes pride in a high quality of work.· Strong team player with high level of flexibility.· Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: Hybrid remote in Cork, CO.
