We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to spearhead our HR strategy, foster a positive work environment and drive employee engagement across our hospitality portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing HR functions, providing strategic support and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead all HR functions across assigned properties, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Provide strategic guidance to General Managers and Heads of Department on HR-related matters, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies and industry best practices, minimizing risk and maintaining a positive reputation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager within the hospitality sector.
* Multisite or cluster HR management experience is highly desirable.
* In-depth knowledge of Irish employment law is essential.
* Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills are required to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
* A CIPD qualification or relevant HR degree is highly valued.
