Senior Project Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead site strategic projects within our Manufacturing Engineering Function.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project & Program Leadership: Oversee all phases of project management, from initiation through closure, ensuring successful project outcomes.
* Team & People Management: Lead and inspire large, often cross-functional and multi-site teams, guiding them effectively and offering constructive feedback to functional managers regarding team and individual performance.
