About the Role
Join to apply for the Meeting & Event Porter role at The Spencer Hotel. We are looking for a proactive M&E Porter with good English and excellent customer service skills, willing to work flexible hours throughout the week, evenings, and weekends. The successful candidate will provide 100% quality service at all times to achieve client satisfaction. This operational role involves meeting with clients, setting up meeting rooms, preparing refreshments, and serving lunch and dinner in the meeting and banqueting rooms. Heavy lifting of equipment and tables will be required.
Key Duties
* Meeting room set-up experience desirable – full training in the role will be provided.
* Food and beverage service experience desirable.
* Maintain all meeting rooms and storage rooms to the highest level of cleanliness.
* Excellent spoken English.
* Excellent organisational skills.
