Internal Sales Support Associate A well-established IT and technology services provider, proudly operating for over 30 years and based in Dublin City Centre. Due to continued business growth, are now seeking a proactive and customer-focused Internal Sales Support Associate to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced sales environment and wants to be part of a stable, growing business. As an Internal Sales Support Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the sales function, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from customer enquiry through to order fulfilment. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver an excellent service experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage and process sales orders accurately and efficiently Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide timely, professional responses Prepare and issue customer quotations via our CRM system Proactively follow up on quotations Liaise with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing Raise supplier purchase orders and track delivery schedules Resolve customer queries relating to pricing, delivery, or product information Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams Support general sales office administration Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers What we offer: Working hours: 9:00am 5:30pm, Monday to Friday Hybrid working: 2 days from home per week after an initial 3-month training period Competitive salary of €30,000€32,000 24 days annual leave Pension contribution Hybrid working model Bike to Work scheme Perks card Optional social club A supportive team environment within a long-established company About You: Professional and confident telephone manner Strong organisational and administrative skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy environment Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Teams Experience using an accounts package (Sage an advantage) Able to work independently and take initiative Customer-focused, positive, and flexible approach Previous experience in a sales support or similar administrative role is preferred For more information, please apply through the link provided for the attention of Audrey Power or call Osborne Recruitment on.
