Entry Level – Reception and Workplace Support
Are you enthusiastic, client-centric, and ready to support our Global team? We are looking for a passionate individual to join our workplace team at an entry-level role.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional team player to join our Workplace team based in our Carne Dublin office. As a first point of contact for our clients and employees, you'll play a crucial role in driving our welcoming and professional environment.

What are the minimum requirements for the role?

* Third level education qualification
* Excellent communication skills
* Positive attitude and enthusiasm
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and handling emails.
* Openness to training and development to grow within the role.

What is your role and responsibilities?

* To actively engage with employees to be a driver and role model of Company culture and values: togetherness, thoughtfulness, tenacity, discipline, and bounce
* To be agile and responsive to employee requests with a can-do attitude remembering employees are our clients
* Ensure the office is tidy at all times and employees are compliant with clear desk policy
* Oversee neighbourhoods collaboratively whilst remaining flexible to ensure everyone has a desk
* Support in maintaining positive working relationship with suppliers and 3rd party facilities teams
* Assist in maintaining supplies, printer, ink, paper, kitchen equipment, recycling, etc.
* Support on any client experience needs when requested
* Perform reception duties including welcoming clients and visitors into the office
* Act as the “face of Carne” with a smile, can-do attitude, and neat and professional presentation
* Handle incoming phone calls in a professional manner with a consistent Carne greeting
* Organise couriers and taxis for client or Executives need while keeping a log and reconciliation of same
* Set up boardroom for external meetings and clear up afterwards, make tea/coffee for visitors
* If required, when documents are submitted for Directors to sign, print, arrange for signing and distribution as requested and save for ratification
* Provide additional diary management support to executives
* Assist with conference planning on an ad hoc basis
* Cover info email address alongside global Client Experience team
* General administration and filing
* Deck binding and shredding before and after meetings
* Present catering in line with our global standards
