Role Overview The Commercial Co-Ordinator will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CMC (Category, Marketing, Commercial) teams. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments to ensure seamless commercial operations. Key Responsibilities Management of Key Account administration with critical focus on all pricing, promotion submission and customer communications. Administration & Management of customer price files. Submit customer promotions on time and in full. Ongoing management of the pricing interrelationships between the customer's web portals and the Database. Provide back-office support for the teams to engage the customer. Dealing with Customer queries in an accurate and timely manner. Constant focus on streamlining Process both internal and with the customer. Liaising with Account managers on IFS Promotional Cycles, Details and any other internal IFS issues that arise. Raise POs relevant to the accounts and following up that its within budget. Working cross functionally with all departments on commercial issues that need to be communicated to the team. Working on all internal and Customer platforms as required by the Team. Providing Administrative support for Field Sales Team. System Management Be the main Commercial Contact and Support member for the IFS Business Transformation Team. Develop and test new areas of growth on internal systems. Liaise with our developers on new areas of the business and system upgrades. Upload all Commercial Promotion calendars by account and review all Promotional Details by account as they come in before they are uploaded onto the system to ensure no errors occur. Work cross functionally with Planning, Dispatch, Master data, Finance on any internal system issues that may arise. Skills & Experience Required A High level of attention to detail and first time right mentality. Must have experience in a customer facing administrative role. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Must have advanced excel and the ability to Build and manipulate Pivots. Must be able to adapt to new systems and be willing to learn and constantly develop their skill. A business or finance qualification is desirable. Excellent organisational, Time Management and communication skills, with the ability to influence others at different levels in the business.
