About This Role
This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of departmental tasks and managing a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* To maintain daily production requirements, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
* Main Responsibility: Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly by effectively managing a team of 7-10 members.
* The ability to coach, mentor or guide the team is required.
* Clients' concerns should be communicated promptly to LT along with draft/propose correction & mitigation plan in case of any issues arising during service delivery;
