The Anglers Rest is looking for a Chef De Partie to join their team.
We are a multiple award winning Wedding venue, located in the Strawberry beds near Castleknock and the Phoenix Park in Dublin 15.
This is a busy kitchen where our Chefs pride themselves in cooking from fresh.

The ideal candidate for the role will have:
* Haccp trained
* Maintain a high quality of our menu and its presentation
* Assist our head chef with the overall running of the kitchen
* Be efficient and have a proven ability to work under pressure
* Ensures our dishes go to the customer in a timely manner
* 2+ years experience in a similar role of a busy kitchen environment is essential with a drive and enthusiasm to learn
* Works well in a team and a busy kitchen
