Senior Property Manager
The role of Senior Property Manager encompasses strategic leadership and operational management across various business areas including Legal, Finance, Administration, Human Resources, Facilities and Marketing.
This individual will be responsible for guiding the organization's growth with a focus on planned expansion, ensuring that all stated objectives, aims and targets are met. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing an annual overall strategic development plan in conjunction with the Director of Real Estate & Investments.
* Creating and implementing budgets throughout the business, including annual forecast planning.
* Improving processes and policies in the Finance department through suggestions and implementation.
* Ensuring adherence to Group Human Resources policies and procedures.
* Liaising with the Head of IT on IT matters pertaining to the business, providing accurate business requirements.
* Marketing the business through various channels and communications in conjunction with the Marketing department.
* Overseeing the functioning of the Property & Facility Management teams and Sales & Leasing Team.
* Developing and reviewing procedural manuals for administrative tasks periodically.
* Seeking new opportunities and generating new revenue streams by developing new business.
* Proactively developing service levels across the business to exceed client expectations.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance, or equivalent degree.
* MBA preferred.
* Licenses: RCRA Certification advantageous.
* More than 15 years of experience in property management, sales, leasing and facilities management.
