The Time and Attendance/Payroll Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. This specialist is responsible for all plant time and attendance tasks, including completion of output reports in a timely manner.
This position will assist Ops Finance with other support activities as required, provide management information to support operations finance, complete ad-hoc financial tasks, and work with various departments at the plant to ensure staff training on the MitreFinch Time and Attendance system.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* At least 3-5 years relevant experience
* Previous experience in Payroll or Time and Attendance role
* Previous experience in Accounts Assistant/Finance Analyst role
* Payroll or Accounting qualification or process of completing same desired /Core Competencies/ : Good interpersonal communication skills at all levels /l
