The Role:
* Advise on structured finance and capital markets matters including CLOs, RMBS, CMBS, and other securitisation structures.
* Act for leading international financial institutions, arrangers, originators, and asset managers.
* Support the execution of complex structured products such as fund-linked notes, repackagings, and lending platforms.
* Draft and negotiate transaction documents, including offering circulars, loan agreements, and security documentation.
* Collaborate with cross-jurisdictional teams on multi-disciplinary mandates across the finance practice.
The Person:
* Qualified Solicitor with 3–5 years' PQE in structured finance, debt capital markets, or a related area.
* Background gained from a top-tier law firm in Ireland, the UK, or an equivalent international practice.
* Excellent drafting and analytical skills with strong commercial acumen.
* A proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
* Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
