We're looking for a
dynamic and commercially driven Channel Partner Manager/ Account Manager
to join a high-performing team and play a key role in growing a strategic partner network across Ireland.
In this field-based role, you'll manage and develop existing partnerships, recruit new dealers, and work cross-functionally to deliver partner strategies that drive revenue growth and customer success.
What You'll Be Doing
* Manage, grow and strengthen existing partner and dealer relationships
* Identify, recruit and onboard new dealerships within your territory
* Develop and execute partner and distribution strategies alongside Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services teams
* Build scalable partner programmes and negotiate commercial agreements
* Own partner performance, reporting, forecasting, and business reviews
* Create and deliver partner business plans, including local PR and network activity
* Ensure partners deliver exceptional outcomes for customers
* Position the business as a partner of choice within the channel
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience building and managing partner programmes in a hardware, software, SaaS, or cloud environment
* Strong background in channel/partner management, ideally within Managed Print Solutions, Document Automation and/or Barcode solutions
* Demonstrated success achieving sales targets and growing partner-led revenue
* Ability to communicate technical and commercial value to varied audiences
* Experience working in a field-based role with regular travel
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of B2B partner ecosystems
* Previous exposure to Irish channel networks
* Resilient, credible, and comfortable influencing senior stakeholders
Nice to Have
* Knowledge of MFP, barcode, or related technology solutions
* Consultative sales or account management experience
* Understanding of vertical markets or asset leasing
