Description
The Customer Technical Support Team is the first point of contact for IT issues at PwC.
It provides local and remote technical support, including support for projects like M365 Change & Adoption, Multifactor Authentication, and Intune.
Responsibilities include supporting users via phone, chat, and in person, handling OS and device diagnostics, security administration, re-imaging, and client management under strict deadlines.
Purpose-led work you'll be part of
As an Associate, you'll work in a team solving complex business issues, focusing on IT support and project migration support, user onboarding, and training.
Key Activities
Subject matter expertise on M365, change management, and user engagement.
2nd level IT support via phone, chat, and in person.
Documenting and communicating support fixes.
Security tasks and administration.
Liaising with Service Desk and other teams.
Using ServiceNow for support management.
Maintaining call standards and client management.
Data analysis and stakeholder communication.
Upholding ethics and business conduct.
Deployment
Device personalization, re-imaging, deployment tasks.
Inventory management and quality control.
Documentation
Maintaining procedural documentation.
Ensuring policy compliance.
Projects
Supporting IT migrations and user onboarding.
Providing end-user training and creating support materials.
Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.
Experience and Skills:
Minimum 3-4 years in support of new applications, OS, and security services including Windows 11, M365, Intune, MFA, and security administration.
Also, experience with PC deployment, diagnostics, and documentation.
Must be energetic, solution-oriented, with excellent communication skills, able to work under pressure and as part of a team.
