About the Role
Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, we are looking for an experienced 'hands-on' Digital Marketing Manager to play a key role in driving growth through effective online marketing campaigns and lead generation.
The ideal candidate is a passionate B2B marketer with proven, results driven experience, ideally from a Fintech/SaaS/RegTech background. You will have strong experience across the entire digital marketing ecosystem, managing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation, as well as a strong understanding of current trends and best practices.
You will ideally be based in or around Dublin for a hybrid arrangement.
Core Responsibilities
Search Engine Marketing (SEO)
* Own and manage the company's organic online visibility by developing and implementing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
* Conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords to optimise website content for continuously improving search engine discoverability and rankings.
* Continuously analyse website performance to ensure the website is technically sound, user-friendly, and optimised for search engines and AI.
* Collaborate with the wider marketing team and key stakeholders to influence new content for enhanced brand discoverability that drives website traffic.
* Ensure knowledge is consistent with the latest algorithm changes, working with the website developer to optimise website content and structure.
* Report on key performance indicators as required.
Paid Advertising and Promotion
* Manage and optimise paid advertising across Google, Bing and LinkedIn as primary channels, working with 3rd party specialists as required in the planning, development and measurement of campaigns.
* Ensure spend is aligned with overall revenue goals, including target audience identification and optimised channel distribution for maximum ROI.
* Working with the Senior Marketing Manager, co-manage brand promotion across target review sites.
Website User Experience (UX) and Optimisation
* Working with the wider Marketing team, support the user experience (UX) of the website to ensure it meets both user needs (including accessibility) and business goals.
* Manage usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness of the website to convert visitors into desired actions and identify areas for improvement.
* Using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Microsoft Clarity, identify pain points and shape the roadmap for A/B and multivariate testing to ensure the website is as effective as possible.
* Manage CRO tools to maximise on-site conversions for lead generation or demo requests.
Account Based Marketing (ABM)
* Manage account-based marketing (ABM) platform to drive demand from enterprise buyers
* Harness platforms intent data, predictive analytics, and advertising capabilities to support discovery of ID-Pal and engagement with target accounts
* Define target accounts by identifying and prioritising high-value accounts that align with sales focus and goals
* Create robust ABM tactics for each target account or segment that includes comprehensive evaluation of audiences specific needs and goals
* Working with relevant internal teams, plan and execute multi-touch campaigns across digital marketing, events, and direct outreach
* Work closely with sales teams to align ABM strategies with commercial objectives
Lead Nurture and Automation:
* Build and manage campaigns within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement platform (formerly branded Pardot).
* Develop and monitor effective lead scoring systems to move opportunities from leads to MQLs
* Manage the automation of nurture activities, supporting prospect engagement with the end goal of delivering high quality leads to sales.
* Monitor key trends, implementing best practice tactics to achieve maximum engagement across managed touchpoints.
* Support database hygiene to ensure prospect and customer data is accurate, relevant and keeps the business compliant.
Key Requirements
* 3+ years digital marketing experience (preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment).
* Demonstrable experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads and LinkedIn campaign manager.
* Experience with Marketing Automation software (preferably Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
* Familiar with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
* Solid experience managing digital campaigns with proven ability to prioritise tasks and focus on multiple project deadlines simultaneously.
* Experience with Wordpress, Microsoft Clarity, N.Rich and SEMRush all advantageous.
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
