About The Job
Based in our Head Office in Swords Business Park, Co. Dublin, we are seeking a Human Resource Administrator to join our enthusiastic and committed HR team. This role will support all aspects of the HR function while contributing to the overall company strategy. YOUR JOB Your Tasks Will Include
* Maintaining personnel records.
* Carrying out administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence.
* Provide administrative support during the end-to-end recruitment process including, maintaining our internal & external jobs boards, posting of roles on external job sites, prepare induction packs for employees & preparing new employee personnel files.
* Managing of all operational HR administration and functions including record and file keeping, handling of new starters and leavers along with redeployment associated paperwork.
* Show excellent attention to detail and follow through on any tasks assigned.
* Ensure that all HR paperwork is correct, filed and logged in a timely manner.
* System administrator for the time and attendance system all system changes and maintaining employee data changes (including organisational system changes).
* Monitor visa status for employees.
* Managing of the administration associated with employee benefits such as the Cycle 2 Work Scheme and Tax Saver Scheme.
* Assist with the production and collation of reports.
* Maintain the level of confidentiality and integrity expected when working with sensitive personal data.
* Proactive with proven ability to prioritise.
* Take an active role in various HR projects and other ad hoc duties as required.
Your Qualification & Experience
* 1-3 years HR experience is required.
* Computer literate: including highly proficient in MS Excel & Word.
* Positive engaging attitude.
* Time and attendance systems experience would be advantageous.
