We have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Equity Portfolio Manager to join the fundamental equity team as Deputy Head of Equity at Mediolanum International Funds.
Reporting directly to the Head of Equity, the successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing a global equity portfolio.
The role involves identifying and researching companies to invest in and constructing portfolios that deliver industry-leading investment returns.
Responsibilities
Build and manage global fundamental active equity portfolios with significant AUM.
Contribute fundamental analysis that enriches our decision-making and investment process.
Assist the Head of Equity with team management and coach/mentor both permanent team members and graduate interns.
Develop the strategic view of the market.
Create proprietary models to generate stock ideas based on company fundamentals.
Integrate bottom-up and top-down investment ideas to build portfolios.
Share knowledge and techniques with other members of the investment team.

Team player with the ability to collaborate with all members of the investment team and the broader organisation.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 15+ years of experience as an Equity Portfolio Manager with a focus on global equity.
Experience in portfolio construction and risk-management techniques.
Experience managing and mentoring team members.
Ability to articulate investment ideas to both the investment team and other stakeholders.
Demonstrated solid track record.
Experience working within a rigorous investment process.
Team-based approach to researching ideas.
