Dubray have a current vacancy for a Marketing & Sales Support Administrator. The role will primarily involve supporting the Dubray retail stores requirements for marketing materials as well as managing corporate sales inquiries and the Dubray book subscription offering. This is a part-time role which will be based in Swords Support Office and will report to the Marketing Manager. Role Synopsis: As Marketing & Sales Support Administrator, your role will support with marketing administration including reordering stationery, stickers, gift cards, loyalty cards and bags to ensure consistent supply as well as managing the weekly store requests for stationery and stickers. It will also involve ensuring sufficient Readers Year and Personal Shopper items are available for distribution among the stores and splitting and distributing of ad-hoc POS to stores as required. You will be responsible for book subscriptions and eCommerce orders and returns. This involves handling book subscription stock orders, picking of orders, creating/printing letters to subscribers, packing and wrapping the books and overing seeing DPD dispatch of orders as well as management of eCommerce returns. Additional responsibilities include issuing reports as required, assisting with stock picking/packing for any book group stock deliveries, collating monthly Special prices and updating Booksolve.
