Key responsibilities
Food Preparation & Menu Support: Prepare and serve high-quality food, assist in menu planning, and ensure timely service aligned with Gather & Gather standards.
Stock & Cost Control: Help manage stock levels, minimize waste, and support dish costing to meet financial targets.
Health & Safety Compliance: Follow hygiene and safety standards (COSHH, HACCP), maintain accurate records, and report hazards or equipment issues.
Customer Service: Maintain a professional, friendly presence and respond to customer needs effectively.
Team & Development Support: Attend training, contribute ideas, and support senior chefs and food development initiatives.
