We are hiring a Breakdown Assistance Support Specialist to join our team in Dublin. This is a full-time, permanent position that involves handling inbound calls from customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns.
The role requires you to collect and record accurate details on location, vehicle, and passengers, while staying calm and empathetic with distressed customers. You will also be responsible for passing on correct information to the deployment team for prompt service, working to performance targets while following set procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 1 year's customer service experience (essential)
* Contact centre experience (highly desirable)
* Confident handling high-volume inbound calls
* Experience with complaints/escalations an advantage
* Strong communication skills, ability to stay calm under pressure
* Flexibility to work shifts including evenings/weekends
Benefits:
* Starting salary: €26,400, rising to €27,000 after probation
* Overtime potential: €30,000–€35,000 in year one with shift premiums
