Requirements
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMBI registration (live register)
* Experience in an ICU setting
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Commitment to delivering high-quality, client-centred care
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent report-writing skills
Responsibilities
* Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care in the client's home
* Manage complex clinical interventions, including: Tracheostomy care, Ventilator support, PEG and NG feeding, Catheter and stoma care
* Support clinical decision-making and escalate concerns appropriately
* Liaise with GPs, discharge coordinators, and community teams
* Assist with care planning, risk assessments, and clinical documentation
* Train and mentor care staff in relevant clinical procedures (as appropriate)
