About Your New Job
* Collaborative Scrum Team
: As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will be part of a co-located scrum team consisting of software engineers, quality assurance engineers, and a product owner.
* Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and implement high-performance, secure, and scalable applications.
* Gather and document requirements and solutions.
* Use data and insights to make informed decisions.
* Resolve issues and identify solutions.
* Promote Agile development practices.
* Communicate progress to technology and business partners at all levels.
What Skills You Need
* Experience
: 6+ years as a Systems Analyst.
* Problem-Solving
: Innovative problem solver who works well in software development teams.
* Independence
: Ability to work under minimum supervision with colleagues at all levels.
* Methodologies
: Experience with Agile methodologies.
* Communication
: Superb oral and written communication skills.
