Job Summary:
Cpl Healthcare is seeking a senior leader to oversee residential services in Kilcullen, Kildare. This role will support adults with intellectual disabilities, focusing on independent living skills and community integration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic plans for service delivery
* Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality care, fostering a collaborative environment
* Create and manage effective care plans, prioritizing individual needs
* Maintain relationships with service users, families, and external stakeholders through open communication
Requirements:
* Hold a minimum of a Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework in Social Care Studies or equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care
* Possess postgraduate qualifications in Social Care Management or Management Qualification
* Demonstrate at least 3 years of senior management experience at a similar level of responsibility, including experience with strategic planning
* Accumulate at least 5 years' experience in the health/social care or voluntary sector
