The Manager, Client Solutions – Korean Speaker role plays a crucial part in supporting and managing project inquiries from client firms based in Asia-Pacific, particularly South Korea.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading a team of professionals to drive business growth.
* Delivering best-in-class client service through close coaching and support.
* Developing and implementing strategic business performance improvement initiatives.
The Manager will also work with the Leadership team to develop and implement business performance improvement initiatives. Key skills required include strong communication skills, ability to manage and motivate a team, and passion for problem-solving in a client-serving environment.

Key Qualifications:
* Native or near-native fluency in both English and Korean.
* At least 4 years of work experience in client-facing/servicing roles.
* Proven track record of direct team management experience with quarterly/yearly appraisals.
