What you’ll do
Provide a Gold Standard Experience to your assigned accounts’ key stakeholders
Collaborate with the Operations team to provide current state, resources and knowledge to enable Gold Standard Experience across teams interacting with users via support channels, external documentation, or product/feature feedback
Foster long-term user relationships to grow loyalty to Stripe and Stripe products
Work cross-functionally to provide and implement operational solutions on topics including fraud/disputes, declines, product adoption and global expansion
Coordinate with Customer Success and other user-facing teams to support Stripe users
Lead user-facing meetings in person and via video
Contribute to the design of ongoing support offerings
Create user-facing content for long-term solutions
Who you are
Minimum requirements are necessary to be considered; preferred qualifications are a bonus.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3 years of enterprise-level client-facing experience
Fluency in French
Strong product sense and motivation to solve difficult user-related problems
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French
Ability to lead complex integration conversations in a highly consultative and proactive manner
Familiarity with APIs and the ability to explain API concepts to Stripe’s largest and most technical customers
Familiarity with SQL and ability to build basic queries and modify more complex ones
Strong technical troubleshooting skills and comfort interfacing with technical teams
Professional, confident and collaborative personality; adept at engaging in business-level and technical conversations
Preferred Qualifications
Operations-minded mindset with ability to identify and remove process friction while building scalable processes
Experience with small to medium-scale project management
Strong organizational skills and self-starter attitude
Experience with tools like Postman, xCode, Python, Webhooks, ETL
Ideal experience in the payments industry
In-office expectations
Office attendance varies by location and role. Some sites require 50% of the time in the local office or with users; examples include 80% in Bucharest and 100% in Mexico City or Bengaluru for certain roles. Hiring managers will discuss role-specific expectations.
Pay and benefits
The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is €72,000 - €108,000. This range may change if you are hired in another location. Benefits may include equity, bonus or commissions, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends; specifics vary by location and can be discussed during the interview process.
