Role Objective
We're looking for a marketing pro who understands the pulse of retail—fast-moving, trend-sensitive, and laser-focused on what customers want before they do.
Your mission? To make sure our marketing is not just consistent—it is compelling. You will be hands-on with everything from promotional planning and campaign rollouts to product page merchandising, landing page content, and navigation updates that enhance the customer journey. Fresh ideas are your currency, and staying ahead of the curve is second nature.
You will lead the charge in turning store promotions into footfall, digital content into clicks, and seasonal campaigns into brand buzz. This role blends creativity with commercial savvy—perfect for someone who loves a fast-paced environment and thrives on making big things happen across shelves, screens, and everything in between.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Execution
* Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and drive brand growth.
* Collaborate with leadership to set annual marketing objectives, goals, and KPIs.
* Own the full campaign lifecycle—from concept to execution—across both online and offline channels.
2. Digital Marketing & Online Presence
* Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
* Create, schedule, and oversee engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.) and monitor engagement.
* Drive traffic, conversion, and customer retention through digital initiatives and promotions.
* Implement SEO best practices and continually optimize the website for search visibility.
3. Content Creation & Management
* Develop compelling marketing content, including social media posts, email newsletters, video scripts, and promotional materials that engage and convert customers.
* Produce assets like digital banners, flyers, in-store POS materials, and print ads.
* Ensure that all content is consistent with the Homesavers brand voice and tone.
* Assist in developing brand guidelines and maintaining the Homesavers brand identity across all marketing materials.
4. In-Store Marketing & Merchandising
* Own the in-store experience by managing promotional signage, product displays, and store events.
* Work closely with store managers to ensure product placements, offers, and promotions are executed effectively.
* Develop seasonal and in-store campaigns that drive footfall and sales.·
5. Market Research & Trend Analysis
* Continuously research customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies.
* Gather insights through customer surveys, social listening, and sales data analysis to fine-tune marketing efforts.
* Analyze data from digital platforms to track ROI, customer behavior, and engagement, adjusting campaigns for maximum impact.
6. Campaign Management & Coordination
* Lead the creation, planning, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with business goals and timelines.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring marketing initiatives stay on track and within budget.
7. Reporting & Analytics
* Track and report on key marketing metrics (KPIs) including website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance.
* Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for senior leadership.
* Leverage analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and refine them accordingly.
8. Event & Promotion Planning
* Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events, both in-store and online, such as flash sales, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
* Identify strategic partnerships and opportunities for brand collaborations to enhance visibility and reach.
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Essential
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a creative, social media or a hands-on marketing role.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and design software like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics and other marketing platforms.
* Experience in planning and delivering marketing campaigns in retail environment or similar.
* Ability to manage budgets across multiple projects.
* Experience managing and juggling multiple projects and working cross functionality.
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
* Passion for retail, design, branding, innovation and consumer behaviour.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
Advantageous, but not essential
* Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
* Operational experience with eCommerce platforms, Content Management Systems and Digital Asset Management systems favourable but not required.
