We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Regulatory Reporting Officer to join our dynamic team. The team provides regulatory financial reporting services for funds reporting to the CSSF and BCL. This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of key reporting deliverables, maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate and timely report submissions, monitoring compliance, and managing high-level client interactions. Strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage shifting priorities are essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports to the CSSF and BCL, ensuring compliance with regulations and deadlines.
• Take full ownership of reporting deliverables, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and issue resolution.
• Serve as a point of contact for client interactions, external delegates, and internal stakeholders, addressing queries and providing updates.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes, assess their impact, and implement necessary updates to reporting processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure seamless data collection and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, including automation, and work to streamline workflows.
• Assist in training new team members once familiar with internal processes.
• Maintain documentation of reporting procedures for audits.
PROFILE:
• Degree in computers, business, finance, or economics is advantageous.
• Interest in accounting or pursuing a career in accounting.
• 1-3 years of industry experience.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Ability to identify improvement opportunities and recommend process enhancements.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, multitask, and prioritize workflow.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools is a plus.
