We are seeking an experienced Associate Structural & Civil Engineer to join a growing consultancy team based in Galway, with potential for agreed hybrid working.
The successful candidate will lead and project manage structural and civil design consultancy services on medium to large building and infrastructure projects, while managing and supporting engineering teams through the full design process.
Role Project management of structural and civil engineering consultancy services Leading and coordinating teams delivering structural design on large building projects Managing design delivery, quality, and programme performance Liaising with clients, design teams, and stakeholders Attending site visits and inspections as required Requirements Honours Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Minimum 10 years professional experience, including at least 5 years in Irish civil & structural consultancy Strong structural engineering background with experience delivering large building projects Proven ability to manage and lead design teams Excellent communication and organisational skills with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines Proficiency in Auto CAD and REVIT / BIM Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Full drivers licence and own transport (site visits required) Whats on Offer Competitive and negotiable salary and employment conditions Galway-based role with potential for agreed hybrid working Opportunity to work on high-profile medium and large-scale building and infrastructure projects Progression pathway to Director level Pro Source Group is a specialist Irish recruitment company whose primary focus is recruiting within the Construction & Civil Engineering industries throughout Ireland and Europe Skills: Engineering Design Project Management
