The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of social care workers and leaders, working closely with the Social Care Manager to provide high-quality care services for separated children seeking international protection.
Key responsibilities include:
• Strong leadership skills, knowledge of child protection and HIQA, and ability to support staff teams.
• A qualification in social care or a relevant field, with 3 years' post-qualification work experience in a children's residential care setting.
• A full clean driver's license is preferred.
