Rocksalt Cafe is renowned for its scratch-cooked seasonal menu and artisan coffee, offering guests an exceptional experience each time they visit. As a Front of House Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering our high-caliber customer service while ensuring every guest has a memorable visit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Taking customer orders and processing payments
* Waiting tables and providing an exceptional dining experience
* Ensuring the cafe is clean, organised, and well-stocked
* Assisting with the setup and breakdown of service areas
* Providing information about the menu and suggesting food and drink options
* Ensuring food and drink orders are delivered in a timely and professional manner
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in delivering high-caliber customer service
* Flexibility to work both weekdays and weekends
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service
Very Good to Have:
* Experience of working in a front-of-house role in hospitality
* Barista training or experience
* Ability to work in multiple locations within Louth
