Job Description:
* Ensure compliance with statutory legislation and internal policies and procedures.
* Coordinate environmental controls and ensure compliance with IPC license.
* Maintain accurate records and generate reports in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with external EHS Agencies to ensure compliance with environmental licenses.
* Implement effective waste management practices and drive continuous improvement.
* Ensure compliance with Battery, WEEE and Waste Packaging Directives for Europe.
* Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures.
* Develop and update EHS control procedures as required.
* Create training programs and provide EHS training.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in Science, Engineering and/or health & Safety (Level 8).
* Postgraduate in Health & Safety (Level 9)
* Related pharmaceutical/biosafety industry experience and regulatory environment expertise.
* Proven experience in managing EHS Teams.
* Effective leadership and problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail and sound scientific knowledge.
