Role Overview
Fónua is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support the growth and optimisation of our multi-site eCommerce ecosystem. This role will focus on managing multiple Shopify websites across different segments and regions, with a strong emphasis on product management, campaign execution, user experience, stakeholder collaboration, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
eCommerce & Website Management
* Manage and maintain multiple Shopify websites across various markets and customer segments
* Ensure product listings are accurate, optimised, and aligned with brand guidelines
* Oversee site updates, merchandising, and content improvements to drive conversion
* Work closely with internal teams to plan and execute website promotions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
UX/UI Optimisation
* Continuously improve website user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) across all Shopify sites
* Analyse user behaviour (heatmaps, session recordings, analytics) to identify friction points
* Implement best practices for navigation, site structure, and mobile responsiveness
* Optimise landing pages and product pages to improve conversion rates
* Support A/B testing of promotional layouts, landing pages, and user journeys
Product Management
* Own the end-to-end product lifecycle across all sites
* Optimise product pages (copy, imagery, SEO, and metadata)
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate pricing, availability, and categorisation
* Align product visibility with promotional campaigns and trading priorities
Campaign Management & Website Promotions
* Plan, build, and execute digital campaigns across multiple channels
* Lead the setup and delivery of on-site promotions (e.g. homepage takeovers, landing pages, bundle offers, limited-time deals)
* Collaborate with stakeholders (commercial, marketing, vendors, and partners such as Three UK) to align on promotional plans and timelines
* Ensure all promotional activity is correctly implemented across relevant sites and markets
* Monitor performance against KPIs and provide actionable insights
B2C Marketing Execution
* Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
* Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through paid media
* Align paid campaigns with on-site promotions and trading calendar
* Support ongoing A/B testing and campaign refinement
Social Media Management
* Plan and execute social media content across relevant B2C channels
* Monitor engagement and optimise content strategy based on performance
* Align social activity with website promotions and campaign messaging
Creative & Design
* Create digital assets including website banners, promotional graphics, and ad creatives
* Support the rollout of promotional campaigns with on-brand creative assets
* Ensure all visuals are optimised for performance and consistency across channels
* Optimise product imagery (resizing, formatting, compression, alt text for SEO)
Key Skills & Experience
* Proven experience managing Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms
* Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and conversion rate optimisation
* Experience executing website promotions and trading campaigns in an eCommerce environment
* Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working cross-functionally
* Experience with digital marketing channels, particularly PPC (Google & Meta)
* Experience with product management and online merchandising
* Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Google Analytics)
* Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
* Strong attention to detail with a data-driven mindset
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities across different markets
Desirable
* Experience working across multiple international sites or regions
* Familiarity with SEO and CRO best practices
* Experience managing telecom or partner-led promotions
* Experience in both B2B and B2C environments
