Job Summary:We are looking for a versatile and experienced Handyman to handle a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, ensuring high standards and swift responses for our clients. This role is ideal for someone with a broad range of repair skills, an eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and improving the quality of our clients' properties.Key Responsibilities:Perform general repair and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, carpentry, minor plumbing, electrical work, painting, and basic installations.Troubleshoot and resolve minor repair issues quickly and efficiently.Carry out regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure all systems function optimally.Assemble and install furniture, fixtures, and appliances as needed.Respond to urgent repair requests and provide efficient solutions to minimize disruption.Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on each task.Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure all work meets expectations and standards.Adhere to company safety policies and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.Requirements:Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar maintenance role.Proficiency in a variety of repair skills, including basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting.Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy items or use ladders safely.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Valid full Irish driver's license.Please only apply if you meet the above criteriaJob Type: Full-timePay: €42,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
