They are now looking for a
Lead DevOps Engineer
to take ownership of building and leading the next generation of enterprise CI/CD pipelines. This is a hands-on technical leadership role, ideal for someone passionate about automation, scalability, and team collaboration.
What you'll do
* Lead a team of DevOps engineers and developers to build a strong and scalable Jenkins platform
* Design and implement a unified CI/CD framework using Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, and modern DevOps tools
* Drive Infrastructure as Code adoption and oversee pipeline administration
* Collaborate with global stakeholders to define strategy and ensure high delivery standards
* Stay ahead of new DevOps technologies, assess tools, and drive adoption across teams
* Mentor engineers and promote DevOps best practices throughout the organisation
Must have
* 3+ years leading or managing a DevOps team
* Strong hands-on experience with
Jenkins
,
Octopus Deploy
, and CI/CD pipeline design
* Proficiency with
AWS
,
Azure
, or other major cloud providers
* Experience automating infrastructure deployment and using
IaC tools
such as Terraform or CloudFormation
* Solid programming or scripting experience (Python,, etc.)
* Strong understanding of
Git
and version control principles
Desirable
* Experience with
Kubernetes
,
Docker
, or container orchestration
* Knowledge of
Software-Defined Networks
,
VPCs
, and cloud networking technologies
* Experience in large-scale, global DevOps environments
