The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a keen eye for detail. A proactive, guest-focused mindset and proficiency in event systems and Microsoft Office Suite are also essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering weddings, private functions, and corporate events from initial enquiry through to execution.
The key responsibilities include managing all aspects of wedding and event planning, acting as the main point of contact for clients, preparing event proposals and contracts, and coordinating closely with internal departments.
Requirements:
Key qualifications and skills for this role include:
* Proven experience in wedding and/or event management within a hotel or venue setting
* Strong time management and communication skills
* Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Proficient in event software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Living in Ireland and eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland
