Due to continued expansion, we are hiring a Senior Environmental, Health And Safety Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement and monitor the company's EHS Management System on the project
* Promote a positive health and safety culture on site among site management, contractors, and workers
* Monitor EHS compliance on site and produce weekly inspections and reports
* Develop, maintain, and foster collaborative relationships with the wider project team
* Influence and coach the site team in the implementation of best-practice EHS standards
Requirements
* Recognised EHS degree or diploma (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred)
* 7+ years' experience in health and safety roles
* Previous experience on construction projects in data centre and groundworks projects
* Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
* Strong IT skills – proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with database systems
* Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with others
