Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Data Solution Architect to drive end-to-end data solutions for a major utilities sector project. This role requires expertise in Microsoft Azure Data Lake, data integration, and solution design.
Key Responsibilities:
* Architect and implement scalable data solutions within Azure.
* Design and oversee data integration strategies, ensuring seamless connectivity between Data Lakes and enterprise systems.
* Define the best practices for data governance, security, and compliance.
* Lead the design of data pipelines and ETL processes to support business intelligence and analytics.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align data solutions with strategic goals.
* Provide guidance on data monitoring, quality assurance, and performance optimization.
Key Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in Data Solution Architecture.
* Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure Data Lake and Azure-based data solutions.
* Strong experience with data integration, governance, and security.
* Background in utilities or electricity sector preferred.
* Familiarity with enterprise asset management systems (Maximo preferred).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
* Ability to lead solution architecture initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
