Key Responsibilities: Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and motivating a high-performing, customer-focused sales team Drive sales through effective floor management Ensure the store is fully prepared to trade at all times Assist with stock management, deliveries, and merchandising standards Maintain excellent visual presentation in line with brand guidelines About You: 1+ years of experience as a Supervisor/Keyholder Ambitious, hands-on, and commercially minded Confident leading from the front in a fast-paced environment
