The Solutions Development Manager is a strategic, client-facing role within Securitas Security Services, supporting large enterprise clients and new business opportunities, acting as a trusted adviser.

Key Responsibilities
* Long-term relationship building: focus on understanding evolving security needs of clients over time
* Physical environment evaluation: assess client sites to identify vulnerabilities or opportunities for improvement
* Tailored technical solutions: recommend bespoke solutions that improve security outcomes and deliver cost savings over the long term
* Meetings and targets: meet and exceed sales targets
* Accurate sales data: capture data accurately and analyse reports
* Multi-tasking: manage multiple tasks concurrently
* Systems proficiency: keyboarding, computer usage and systems utilized by the Accounts Dept
* Confidential information: handling and safeguarding sensitive information
Experience Requirements
* Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex products and communicate their benefits to non-technical customers
* Proven experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or similar role within the security, IT or networking industries
* Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
* Knowledge of the electronic security market is a plus (training and guidance provided)
* Willingness to travel as needed
