Job Description
The Client Services Specialist is a senior position responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and deals within the Structured Finance team. This role acts as the primary contact for assigned clients and the internal team, collaborating closely with the sales and support teams to deliver best-in-class service.
This is an excellent opportunity to take on a client-facing role within Structured Finance, where you will manage a portfolio of clients and/or deals as part of a team servicing structured finance transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as Relationship Manager and senior escalation point for assigned clients.
* Provide oversight, mentorship, and support to junior team members.
* Liaise with clients, counterparties, and internal teams to manage transactions and resolve queries in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
* Experience in Structured Finance, ideally within a client services role.
* Strong understanding of the global financial services industry, debt capital markets, and structured finance.
* Prior experience with CLOs and/or Loan Funds is a strong advantage.
