Key Responsibilities
AI-Powered Content Generation (Primary Focus)
AI Video Production:
Master and utilize cutting-edge Generative AI video platforms (e.g., Runway, Sora, Higgsfield, HeyGen) to rapidly produce compelling, brand-aligned short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts).
Prompt Engineering:
Develop and maintain a library of highly effective "Super Prompts" for various content types (video scripts, captions, image generation, storyboards) to ensure on-brand, high-quality AI outputs.
Workflow Optimization:
Design and implement scalable, end-to-end content pipelines that blend AI automation (e.g., text-to-video, AI voiceovers, automated translations) with final human polish to increase content volume and speed by (Target % or Goal).
Image & Graphic Generation:
Use generative AI image tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion) to create supporting visuals, mockups, and stylized graphics for social media posts.
Traditional & Regular Content Creation
Video Editing & Enhancement:
Perform final editing, motion graphics, sound design, and captioning on all content (AI-generated or human-shot) using professional software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects) to ensure a high-polish, professional finish.
Copywriting:
Write engaging, platform-specific copy and headlines for all social posts, ensuring clarity and a compelling call-to-action for an influencer's own account as well as business account.
Regular Content Ideation:
Brainstorm and execute traditional, human-led content, including short-form interviews, behind-the-scenes content, and authentic community engagement videos.
Strategy, Optimization & Compliance
Trend and Algorithm Mastery:
Stay constantly updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging AI tools to maintain a competitive advantage in content strategy.
Performance Analysis:
Track and analyze key social metrics (engagement rate, reach, virality, conversion) for both AI and regular content, translating data into actionable insights for continuous optimization.
Ethical Compliance:
Ensure all AI-generated content adheres to ethical standards, legal guidelines, and brand safety policies, meticulously verifying all facts and avoiding AI biases.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
2-4+ years of professional experience in Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, or Digital Media Production.
AI Proficiency (Hard Skill):
Proven, hands-on experience using multiple Generative AI tools for text (LLMs like ChatGPT/Claude), images, and specifically
video generation

Video & Editing Mastery (Hard Skill):
Proficientin video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or advanced mobile editing apps).
Strong understanding of pacing, visual storytelling, and platform-specific video requirements.
Social Media Fluency:
Deep, up-to-date knowledge of all major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, X) and what drives native engagement on each.
Creativity & Storytelling:
Exceptional creative vision with the ability to conceptualize a story, execute the content (using AI or traditional methods), and adapt the narrative to different platforms.
Data-Driven Mindset:
Ability to use platform analytics to inform content decisions and demonstrate ROI on content strategy.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film/Media Production, or a related field.
Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced agency or B2C/B2B enterprise environment.
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) for complementary static content.
Experience running A/B tests on content performance.
