We are seeking a Front Office Manager to oversee the smooth operation of the front desk, concierge, and night teams, ensuring each guest receives a warm welcome and outstanding service throughout their stay. The ideal candidate will lead with a guest service mindset, inspire the team, and uphold the high standards associated with Fota Island Resort.

Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the front office teams to deliver exceptional service and efficiency.
* Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and warmth at every touchpoint.
* Manage room allocations for guests.
* Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and with care.
* Manage rosters, time, and hours control.
* Collaborate with finance to manage cash, reconcile folios, and handle accounting.
* Work closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, Maintenance, and F&B teams to ensure seamless guest service.
* Oversee department schedules, performance, training, and guest feedback.
* Ensure adherence to brand standards and operational procedures.
* Stay informed about industry trends and innovations.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar hotel role.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera Cloud).
* Experience with rosters, budgets, and forecasting.
* Professional appearance and hospitable demeanor.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle guest issues diplomatically.
