Key Responsibilities:
1. Direct the implementation, and maintenance of our client's IT infrastructure
2. Conduct regular performance assessments to fine-tune systems
3. Collaborate with different departments to understand their unique tech needs and challenges.
4. Tailor IT solutions to enhance operational workflows
5. Stay at the forefront of technological advancements, researching and recommending cutting-edge solutions.
6. Implement innovative technologies that elevate the guest experience
7. Conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with industry standards
8. Effectively manage resources, timelines, and budgets
9. Facilitate effective communication between IT and non-technical teams, ensuring a shared understanding of technology initiatives and goals.
10. Act as the go-to problem solver for IT-related issues, providing timely resolutions and minimizing downtime.
11. Develop and implement contingency plans to address potential disruptions and ensure a seamless guest experience.
Role requirements:
12. Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role, ideally in the hospitality industry.
13. A wizard with networking, cybersecurity, and system administration.
14. Strong project management skills with a knack for turning IT dreams into reality.
15. Excellent communication skills to translate tech jargon into plain-speak for our diverse team.
