Key Responsibilities:
* Drive the integration and optimization of learning technology platforms and systems to meet regulatory requirements.
* Assist in the digital transformation of learning strategies and data-driven decision-making processes.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to develop innovative learning solutions that enhance user experience and improve compliance.
* Design and maintain scalable, competency-based curricula and adaptive assignment frameworks that support adult learning principles.
* Utilize data analytics to assess training effectiveness, identify competency gaps, and inform future learning initiatives.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop targeted training programs that address specific business needs and improve overall performance.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in training, facilitation, or learning & development, preferably in regulated environments.
* Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
* Proficient in MS Office and familiar with LMS systems and learning data analytics tools.
* Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
* Project management and problem-solving skills.
