* NMBI Registration: Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.
* Patient-Centered Approach: A warm and empathetic approach to caring for residents and staff alike.
* HIQA Standards: Strong understanding of HIQA standards and clinical governance principles.
