Key Responsibilities of a General Manager
1. Oversee all aspects of facilities management, ensuring the site is well-maintained, secure, and compliant with safety regulations.
2. Lead on health & safety protocols, conducting regular audits and implementing improvements.
3. Manage and support on site teams, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
4. Perform adhoc duties, including cooking twice per week as part of a shared roster.
5. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
6. Monitor budgets, stock levels, and maintenance schedules.

7. Proven experience in facilities or operations management.
8. Strong understanding of health & safety standards and procedures.
9. Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
10. Comfortable with hands-on tasks, including basic cooking duties.
11. Flexible and adaptable to a 5 over 7 working schedule.
