Flexsource is currently recruiting for an exciting new role with our client, a global leader in supply chain, logistics, and distribution based in Donabate, Co. Dublin.
Our client requires a Transport Cover Clerk to join their team to oversee day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assign driver vehicles and paperwork
2. Check driver tachograph and working hours
3. Check return documentation
4. Follow up on delivery issues
5. Check out vehicle keys and assign bays
6. Perform ad hoc duties as required
Key Requirements
* High attention to detail
* Good organizational skills
* Ideally previous transport office experience
* Good communication skills
* Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, etc.)
Pay
* Day clerk duties - €17.05 per hour
* Night clerk duties - €18.75 per hour
Shift Times
* Day shift: 07:00 - 19:00
* Night shift: 19:00 - 07:00
