Zurich Insurance is seeking an experienced Motor Claims Handler to join our Centre of Excellence in Wexford.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage a portfolio of material damage claims.
2. Proactively manage cases to achieve a settlement within designated authority levels, following established standards and procedures.
3. Demonstrate advanced technical claims competence for handling moderate to high complexity material damage claims.
4. Drive cases to timely and accurate resolution with focus on customer service, indemnity, and expense management. Drive efficient and effective claims management processes by utilising Industry leading telematics technology. Liaise with customers, brokers, company service providers, and claimants in person or through written correspondence Ensure any issues arising are dealt with according to Zurich's standards."],
