Job Description:
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in identifying and developing new business opportunities through prospecting and networking. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities by leveraging your network and building relationships with potential clients.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to streamline candidate sourcing, compliance, and onboarding processes.
* Manage and update candidate and client records meticulously within the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy.
* Deliver timely and insightful sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior management.
Ideal Candidate:
* 1-2 years experience in a sales role.
* Clerical or administrative experience will also be considered.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven.
