Job Title: Onsite IT Support Specialist
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a support specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to employees across multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
* Advanced troubleshooting and repair of hardware and network issues.
* Configuration and deployment of Windows and iOS devices.
* Inventory management and maintenance of stockroom supplies.
* Collaboration with the network team to resolve complex issues.
* Providing on-site support for technology teams.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in IT technical support with Windows and iOS devices.
* Demonstrated expertise in imaging and upgrading operating systems.
* Strong knowledge of Google Suite applications and Microsoft InTune.
* Excellent communication and time management skills.
* Able to multitask with minimal supervision.
